Melarky

Two posts in one day. That’s what happens when your not working anymore, ignoring your house and waiting for a baby to be born.

Somehow a jacket that my husband used to wear as a child made it fairly safely through the years so that our son could wear it. It’s pretty fun to have him wear something that his Dad wore and that his Great Grandmother lovingly knit.

When we unpacked the bunny jacket from storage, there were a few holes and the zipper was broken. My sister-in-law Holly and master knitter, took it back home to Washington D.C. with her when she last visited. She did an incredible job fixing the holes and zipper (you really can’t tell where she repaired it). THANKS HOLLY!

The other picture is of Wellington’s new shirt. Another great shirt from shirt.woot.com called The Convenient Tiny Chair. This particular design I thought was really fun so both Wellington and his Dad got one. It was kinda cold today, probably bad day for a photo shoot, but I got a quick shot of his shirt without a jacket on before any complaining happened.

If you missed it, there is another post right below this one that has yet ANOTHER cute picture of my son not looking at the camera. What’s his deal?

P.S. I’m on the look out for fun photo op’s in Logan. I will probably do a post later of locations. Found these two today. Orange one-500 N. and Dee Ave.(about 100 West) and the Blue one- 600 W. between 200 and 300 S.

I love the colors Melly! Those are great pictures. And Welly is looking so old & like such a punk with his mohawk! I love it.

Welly looks like a model in that bunny jacket! I think it’s great that he’s not looking at the camera. I like more candid photos. Nice shots. And I love that you find cool backgrounds for the photos.

Wow, he looks so much like Marky in those pics, especially when he is rocking the bunny jacket. I am so glad it was able to be fixed too, he looks so cute wearing it.
