For those who are keeping tabs…

I had a doctor’s appointment today. No change again, still dilated to a 1 and 65% effaced. That bugs. They were going to strip my membranes but I think she forgot. The baby hasn’t been moving a lot lately so they put me on a monitor for a while to see how he was, and he passed his test. I also had a few contractions while I was on the monitor and it was “fun” to see them on the chart. That’s probably the last time I’ll think its “fun”. I have about a week to go; maybe I’ll make it to my due date?

Ready for Halloween?

This year Mark and I aren’t really doing anything for Halloween. We did buy a bag of candy for ourselves and we’ve been eating that (does that count?). We usually like to go on a date Halloween because our first date was Halloween.
So far planned for Halloween-a doctors appointment.

I think Halloween is a fun holiday. Heidi has sure gone all out this year, its seems like everynight she has made a spooky dinner or Halloween themed food. No complaints here! Why do you think we “acciendently” show up around dinner time to “see what your up to”.

Need some fun Halloween sounds?? Here’s a site that has taken a bunch of vinyl records and loaded them on the internet so you can listen to them.

Last movie we’ll see

We thought we’d better use the movie gift certificate we had before the baby came, so we went to see The Prestige. The movie is about a rivalry between two magicians, played by Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman. Both of which I thought we’re really good in it. The movie was made by the same guy that did Memento and Batman Begins. I thought it was pretty good. Mark said he was able to predict a few things, but I didn’t see them coming, especially the twist at the end. We probably could have waited to see it when it came to dvd, but we had those gift certificates to use. Otherwise, it was entertaining and I wouldn’t mind seeing it again when it comes out on dvd, but I’m not dying to own it.

Watch the Trailer…

Nothing new…

I went to the doctors the other day and there was no change. Lame. Just a waiting game now…

Snow on the ground

So fun! We woke up to snow on the ground today. I Love it! I even threw a snowball, not at anyone, just by myself in the parking lot, it probably looked weird, but it was fun.

Here’s a webcam view of Logan Canyon from USU…click on the picture to see updated views of the canyon (Troy dont be jealous…).

Rat Monster

One of the funniest reactions from Scare Tactics. Mark and I saw it again on TV last night and laughed pretty hard. I can’t help but just laugh at this guys reaction(I’m a jerk). Don’t worry-anyone who got burned on the maze game-its not scarey, just funny. The poor guy they played the joke on looked like he was going to wet his pants. I love what he said, “Do you need help little man?”.

Ken on 1 Vs. 100

Did you get a chance to watch the new game show 1 vs. 100? I thought it was pretty good, I like it about the same as Deal or no Deal. Except for the questions seemed kinda easy. Ken Jennings was one of the guest “100’s”, and I thought it was super intresting what he had to say about his apperance on the show. He is a really good writer and has a blog thats intresting to read…

Here is what he said about 1 vs. 100 => click here for the post<=

I looked around his site as well => click here for his site<=
